IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT YOUR PRESCRIPTION DRUG BENEFIT FOR 2010:

Please remember that Vantage has changed Pharmacy Benefit Managers effective January 1, 2010. Because of this change, please be sure to use your new 2010 Vantage member I.D. card at your pharmacy.

Your 2009 Vantage member I.D. card will NOT have the information necessary to fill a prescription EFFECTIVE January 1, 2010.

If you have not received your 2010 Vantage member I.D. card or if you are experiencing any problems with filling prescriptions, please contact our customer service department at (888) 823-1910 and a Member Service Representative will assist you.
